The Committee on Information of Daguma; Peace Advocacy Program Committee; Political Committee of Sagabain (Esperanza, Sultan Kudarat) and different line agencies in the municipality, in partnership with Mindanaoan Humanitarian and Development Initiative, Inc.
  
(MinHuDI) joined hands in the conduct of a forum on the Framework Agreement on the Bangsamoro (FAB) last March 29, 2014 at Barangay Kangkong, Esperanza, Sultan Kudarat. 486 Moro residents from the different barangays attended the program.

Mr. Suharto Al-Haj, Information Director of Maguindanao and Mr. Moidjoddin Talusob,   Executive Director of Kalilintad Dev’t Foundation Inc. were the forum speakers.  The former tackled the FAB and its Four Annexes while the latter discussed the proposed Ministerial Form of Government for the Bangsamoro.

During the open forum, one of the participants asked if what will happen to the Moro people that are not residing in the core territory of the Bangsamoro? “No matter where the Bangsamoro are, they will be recipients of the special intervention programs of the Bangsamoro Government” Prof. Talusob answered. “Su wata nu Bangsamoro na apya endaw maaden na wata nu Bangsamoro bon” (Wherever a Bangsamoro is born, he will remain a Bangsamoro”, he added.

“This is just the start of our peace advocacy programs here in Daguma”, he said. Daguma Information Committee and MinHuDI had scheduled peace advocacies in all municipalities of this province (Sultan Kudarat)”, said Norodin Dimaokom, Executive Director of MinHuDi, Inc.
