MANILA - Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV believes the increased rotational presence of American troops in the Philippines will not be drastically different from what is happening now under the Visiting Forces Agreement.
Speaking to ANC's Headstart, Trillanes said he backs the increase in US troop presence since there is no threat that the nation's sovereignty will be affected.
